Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the department in deploying and implementing training content across various touchpoints.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and maintain the training library.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and upload content on digital platforms.
  • Provide feedback and contribute to enhancing the user experience across markets.
  • Monitor training results and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify trends to support business objectives.
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, or technology is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Proficiency in digital tools and openness to learning new platforms. Strong communication skills. Organizational and project management skills. Team player with a creative and solution-focused mindset. Analytical skills with a penchant for data analysis and process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience

Previous internship experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, or technology is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
