Prada seeks a Retail Team Manager in Zurich to lead and develop the team, drive KPI and category performance, and deliver an exceptional client experience through clienteling, CRM and product expertise. The role also supports recruitment, merchandising coordination, visual standards and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide, nurture and develop the team, fostering excellence, teamwork and growth.
- Set goals and manage individual performance to exceed KPI targets and contribute to store success.
- Work with the Store Manager or Director on regular performance discussions, results analysis and actionable plans.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching, identify development needs and partner with Retail Trainers on tailored development plans.
- Train the team in the Client Journey, clienteling, storytelling and product knowledge to meet and exceed business goals.
- Participate in talent identification, recruitment and onboarding with the Store Manager.
- Foster a positive, harmonious work environment and cooperation across the team and store leadership.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales-floor management and a visible, consistent team presence.
- Lead the team in delivering a superior client experience in line with Client Journey principles and long-term relationship building.
- Advance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives, training Client Advisors in data collection, client outreach, private appointments, repurchases, VIC engagement and retention.
- Identify opportunities to engage prospective clients and expand the store’s client base.
- Deliver a distinctive after-sales experience that supports product longevity and quality, strengthens loyalty and maximizes business opportunities.
- Model exemplary product care and respect.
- Ensure strict compliance with policies and procedures, supporting the team in daily operational tasks.
- Monitor assigned category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
- Work with Retail Merchandising teams, providing feedback on products, stock situations and specific requests to drive business growth.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to maximize category potential and ensure the store image follows established guidelines.
- Work with Operations to maintain an efficient back-of-house structure and layout that supports selling opportunities.

- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail.
- Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
