Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to exceed financial targets, maximize sales performance and contribute to store success.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans by analyzing product performance and proposing relevant action plans.
  • Promote cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
  • Maximize business opportunities through effective sales-floor management, visible support and consistent Prada standards.
  • Model sales leadership, support team members in their sales, and build and develop client relationships.
  • Foster a digital mindset and help the team strengthen client relationships and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay current on market trends.
  • Ensure clients feel welcome and enjoy an inspiring, engaging client journey.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, promote meaningful after-sales experiences, identify opportunities to acquire new clients and grow department sales, support clienteling initiatives, and proactively resolve complaints while preserving client relationships.
  • Coach team members consistently, identify development and training needs, and partner with HR and Learning & Development to tailor individual development plans.
  • Encourage information-sharing and lead morning briefings on focused topics.
  • Identify talent for internal development opportunities and share recommendations with the Store Manager to establish appropriate development processes.
  • Develop the team through coaching and follow-up on individual action plans.
  • Support the Store Manager in mapping the market for recruitment research.
  • Set an example of care and respect for products in every ceremony and procedure.
  • Promote cooperation between front- and back-of-house teams.
  • Support compliance with company procedures for cash operations, inventory, logistics and head-office reporting.
  • Help ensure effective care of company assets.
  • Share department needs and suggestions with the Store Manager and, where appropriate, the Visual Merchandising and Merchandising departments.
  • Oversee effective back-of-house organization, safeguard company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.
  • Proactively implement company policies and procedures while managing store operations.
  • Master company tools and applications, including IT and digital tools, and keep the team informed of relevant updates.
  • Train and inspire the sales team in product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
