Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the department to exceed financial targets through proactive sales leadership, floor presence and performance coaching.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to analyse product performance, implement business plans and propose corrective action to optimise results.
  • Drive client acquisition, retention and loyalty by cultivating high-quality client relationships and supporting team clientelling activities.
  • Foster cross-selling and upselling across product categories and ensure all commercial opportunities are maximised on the sales floor.
  • Create a positive, collaborative work environment; motivate, train and develop the sales team through regular coaching and tailored development plans.
  • Ensure exemplary client journeys that communicate Prada’s brand values, design intelligence and cultural relevance.
  • Oversee operational standards including inventory, cash procedures, back-of-house organisation and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date market and product knowledge and promote a digital mindset and use of company tools across the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing and developing retail teams within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving sales performance, client acquisition and clienteling initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills with a capacity to influence and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action plans.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends, and reliability in operational governance.

Experience
