Prada seeks a Team Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead boutique sales, client experience and team development at the Bellagio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to exceed financial targets by driving sales performance, cross-selling and up‑selling across product categories.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and executing business plans through product performance analysis and targeted action plans.
- Act as a visible sales leader on the floor: coach, mentor and model best-practice selling behaviours while building a personal client portfolio.
- Guarantee an exceptional Client Journey by welcoming clients, stimulating curiosity about the brand and translating Prada’s values into inspiring service.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships and maximise client profile capture and after‑sales experiences to strengthen loyalty and repeat business.
- Promote a digital mindset within the team to deepen client relationships and leverage digital tools for commercial outcomes.
- Manage team development through regular coaching, tailored training plans and identification of internal talent for career progression.
- Ensure rigorous store care and operational compliance including cash handling, inventory control, logistics, back‑of‑house organisation and protection of company assets.
- Master and cascade company IT and digital tools and ensure the team is kept up to date with system and procedural changes.
- Monitor market and product trends and provide feedback to Store Manager, Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and coaching capability with the ability to motivate a retail team to achieve commercial targets.
- Strong business acumen and analytical aptitude for interpreting sales performance and defining action plans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury fashion sector and sensitivity to seasonal and cultural trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- High attention to detail, organisational rigour and dependability; flexible regarding working hours.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including demonstrable experience leading teams, achieving sales targets and managing client relationships; prior boutique or store supervisory experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
