Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the team to exceed financial targets, maximize sales performance and contribute to store success.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through product-performance analysis and relevant action plans.
- Foster cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Maximize commercial opportunities through effective sales-floor management, visible support and adherence to Prada standards.
- Model sales leadership, support team members in achieving sales, and build and develop client relationships and a personal client portfolio.
- Foster a digital mindset across the team and support stronger client relationships and achievement of business objectives.

- Develop the team through coaching and follow-up on individual action plans.
- Support the Store Manager with market mapping and research.
- Lead by example to ensure the team handles products with the highest level of care and respect in every ceremony and procedure.
- Promote cooperation between front- and back-of-house teams.
- Support compliance with company procedures for cash handling, inventory, logistics and head-office reporting.
- Contribute to the effective and efficient care of company assets.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager and, where appropriate, Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams.
- Ensure effective back-of-house organization, protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.
- Implement company policies and procedures while managing store operations.
- Master company tools and applications, including IT and digital tools, and keep the team informed of relevant updates.
- Train and inspire the sales team in product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
