PRADA Retail Support in Munich — Join PRADA as Retail Support to assist boutique operations, client service and inventory management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the boutique team, ensuring smooth sales-floor and back-of-house processes.
  • Manage stock movements: receiving deliveries, replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Support clienteling activities by preparing client files, scheduling appointments and maintaining follow-up communications.
  • Execute sales administration tasks including POS transactions backup, processing returns/exchanges and daily sales reporting.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with boutique floor sets, product presentation and signage updates.
  • Liaise with regional HQ and logistics partners to escalate supply issues, track shipments and coordinate replenishment.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects such as product launches, events and store-level training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail operations or sales-support experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with polished client-facing manner and high service orientation.
  • Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing operational tasks.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and occasional evenings; legal authorization to work in Germany.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience using POS systems or CRM tools.
