Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, polished customer service and ensure an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
- Support the sales team across daily store operations, including floor assistance and client-facing tasks.
- Manage goods flow between store and warehouse, pick and prepare items for client orders and process internal sales requests.
- Assist with stockroom organisation, inventory checks and replenishment to maintain merchandise readiness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service during peak periods and special events (Saturday cover).
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken German and English.
- Availability to work Saturdays (8-hour shift) as required by the store schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse, international clientele.
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion and an awareness of current trends.
- Basic numeracy and organisational skills necessary for order processing and stock handling.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or luxury customer-facing experience is preferred. Experience with stockroom or warehouse tasks and order fulfilment is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or fashion are advantageous but not required.
