Prada seeks a Client Advisor for its Metzingen outlet. Drive luxury retail sales and build client relationships in this full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage sales processes and optimize each step of the customer journey to achieve quantitative and qualitative departmental objectives
- Identify and understand customer needs, both explicit and implicit, through active listening and consultative engagement
- Present product offerings with expertise and articulate the value proposition aligned with customer preferences
- Drive cross-selling and supplementary sales opportunities through product knowledge and client relationship building
