Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales advisors in client service by preparing and delivering merchandise as requested.
- Move unsold or replenishment items between the sales floor and the stockroom to maintain presentation standards.
- Process and prepare sales team orders and bring selected items to the cash desk promptly.
- Assist with merchandise presentation, wrapping and gift services to the brand’s standards.
- Provide light hospitality to clients (e.g., serving drinks) when appropriate.
- Contribute to the organisation, cleanliness and optimisation of the stockroom and sales floor.
