Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Women's Bags and Accessories team.
- Oversee the buying process in alignment with Headquarters' Master Order.
- Coordinate product replenishment and rebalancing with the Headquarter Regional Merchandiser to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with the Headquarter Regional Retail Merchandising Department to ensure product availability.
- Visit boutiques to provide assistance and feedback to enhance performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and clientele characteristics, and communicate insights to Headquarters.
- Facilitate seasonal product training for all shops.
- Develop the sales capabilities of Store Managers and staff.
- Participate in Store Managers' meetings to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to maintain the Prada image in shops.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in leather goods.
- Extensive product and fashion industry knowledge.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and Excel.
- Fluent in English for communication with Italian Headquarters.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
