Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute buying processes in alignment with Headquarters Master Order selections and market requirements
  • Manage product replenishment and rebalancing initiatives with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Manager to achieve sell-through targets
  • Analyze sales performance and inventory levels across the region; supervise stock management and timing of replenishment to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Headquarters Retail Merchandising Department to ensure optimal product availability across all locations
  • Conduct regular boutique and shop visits to provide operational guidance, feedback, and performance improvement recommendations
  • Monitor market dynamics including competitor positioning, consumer preferences, and emerging trends; communicate insights regularly to Headquarters
  • Facilitate seasonal product training sessions for all retail staff across the region
  • Coach and develop sales capabilities of Store Managers and retail teams
  • Participate in periodical Store Manager meetings to enhance internal communication and alignment
  • Work in partnership with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain Prada brand standards across all retail environments

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury fashion merchandising and buying operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional retail teams and initiatives
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with proficiency in sales data interpretation and forecasting
