Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing the men's shoes category for the South Europe region.
  • Assist in preparing reports, statistics, and analyses on market trends and competitors.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and purchasing strategies.
  • Provide support for store inquiries and maintain regular communication with store staff.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align in-store displays with merchandising strategies.
  • Help create presentations and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the preparation for buying new collections.
  • Assist with organizing and conducting product training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.

Skills

Strong interest in luxury fashion and an understanding of industry trends. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Fluent spoken English.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
