Prada seeks a Retail Merchandiser in Paris, France to support buying operations and optimize product placement across France, Belgium, and Monaco.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Retail Merchandising Managers in placing orders aligned with the Master Order selection
  • Cooperate with headquarters Retail Merchandising teams to develop store-specific merchandise orders
  • Monitor daily sales performance by product category, store, and SKU
  • Coordinate product transfers between stores and markets using company tools based on stock trends and manager guidance
  • Provide Retail Customer Service with data on store replenishment performance and product allocation
  • Communicate significant market events and local developments to the headquarters Retail Merchandising Team
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure consistent product displays in windows and retail spaces
  • Prepare content and presentations for product training activities

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail merchandising or related field
  • Analytical mindset with strong knowledge of luxury fashion industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of retail principles and operations
