Prada Retail Merchandiser, London — 12-month fixed-term contract supporting merchandising management and sales analysis in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse daily sales trends for assigned product categories by item and store, preparing regular reports
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as required by the Retail Merchandising Manager
- Support the Retail Merchandising Manager in preparation of buying activities, including analysis and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of orders for individual markets
- Liaise with the Retail Customer Service department to ensure accurate product replenishment and store allocation
- Communicate relevant market information and significant developments to the Retail Merchandising Manager
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Good understanding of retail merchandising, including buying processes and stock management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
- Commercial awareness and interest in luxury fashion retail
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in retail merchandising, buying support, or merchandising analysis within a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education or professional qualifications in retail, merchandising, or business-related disciplines are advantageous.
