Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and ensure profitability through effective management of operating expenses and seamless execution of activities to achieve targets.
  • Guarantee excellence in client experience by leading by example and prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Share objectives with Store Managers and ensure follow-ups by proposing and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
  • Propose and implement actions to support and increase sales, including fostering synergies among stores.
  • Communicate and address necessary actions in response to complaints, special requests, and critical situations.
  • Manage local VIP clients, propose tailored actions, and develop the client portfolio in local stores.
  • Implement events and promotional activities to expand the customer base and sales for each store, tailoring actions to each location.
  • Oversee all processes and procedures concerning product management, including delivery, stockroom management, and handling.
  • Ensure impeccable store image and intervene promptly when necessary, liaising with relevant functions.
  • Monitor stockroom and maintenance procedure implementation.
  • Maintain effective information flow between stores and other functions, particularly with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in Korea without company sponsorship.
  • Ability to provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.

Experience

Extensive experience in retail management within the luxury fashion industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing store operations.
