Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Head Office departments (Retail, Finance, Merchandising, CRM, Events) and local teams to ensure effective cross-functional communication.
  • Coordinate initiatives proactively, prepare business documentation, track deadlines, and maintain a structured flow of information.
  • Lead retail planning and performance tracking through daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-based decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Prepare high-impact business reviews and executive presentations with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support and coordinate strategic retail initiatives, including store openings, trainings, and events.
  • Ensure structured meeting preparation and follow-up for efficient decision-making and execution.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Fashion Management, or a comparable field.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in working with KPIs, sales reports, and performance data. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with a strong affinity for numbers and structured reporting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines reliably. Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with cross-functional stakeholders. Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven working style. Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership. Fluency in German and English.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with retail operations or business analysis is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
