Prada is hiring a Retail Hostess in Milan to welcome clients and manage front-of-house operations at the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and receive clients and visitors at the boutique entrance, ensuring an impeccable first impression.
- Manage the reception area: answer phone and email enquiries, schedule and confirm client appointments, and coordinate waiting lists.
- Support sales advisors by facilitating client flow, escorting clients to private salons and preparing presentation areas.
- Maintain boutique presentation and guest areas to prescribed brand standards, including cloakroom and seating.
- Update guest lists and pass pertinent client information to the CRM/sales team; assist with clienteling and VIP hospitality during events or private viewings.
- Collaborate with security, visual merchandising and store management to ensure seamless front-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Polished professional appearance and excellent interpersonal presence appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Fluent spoken Italian and English; additional languages (e.g., French) advantageous.
- Proven customer-facing experience in luxury retail or five‑star hospitality.
- Strong telephone and written communication skills; ability to manage confidential client information with discretion.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and during special events.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, boutique front-of-house, or high-end hospitality is required; demonstrated ability to deliver discreet, anticipatory service to VIP clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality, languages or retail is desirable.
