Prada seeks a Retail Floor Manager at Istanbul Airport to lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day boutique floor operations at the Istanbul Airport store, ensuring flawless luxury guest experience and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, develop and motivate the sales team through coaching, performance management and targeted sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and conversion targets.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling: manage high-value client interactions, support after-sales service, and ensure CRM data quality and follow-up.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards in collaboration with visual teams and store management.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving processes and loss-prevention procedures to safeguard merchandise and financial results.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, analyse sales metrics and propose corrective actions to optimise performance.
- Coordinate store logistics with airport authorities, security and operations teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and smooth service delivery.
- Organise staff schedules, manage opening/closing procedures and ensure the store operates within budgeted labour and operational parameters.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or management experience (typically 3+ years) in luxury retail, boutique or travel retail environments.
- Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets and managing team performance.
- Strong knowledge of luxury client service standards, clienteling techniques and CRM best practices.
- Sound understanding of visual merchandising principles and stock/inventory control processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, coach and resolve escalations diplomatically.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years in a supervisory role within luxury retail or travel retail; experience managing boutique teams and delivering sales targets preferred. Previous exposure to airport or duty-free operations is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in retail management, business, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
