Prada Retail Financial Analyst (FP&A) | Global luxury goods group seeks experienced business analyst for retail performance monitoring and financial planning. Milan-based position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports and KPIs, providing analysis of key performance areas
- Deliver daily and weekly retail reporting to top management, coordinating all regional teams
- Monitor retail profitability with focus on channels and seasonality
- Coordinate worldwide retail global tracking of store openings and closures in conjunction with regional teams and headquarters real estate department
- Support senior management with presentations, dashboards, and performance indicators on relevant projects
- Support preparation of earnings release analysis requested by the holding company
- Support preparation of budgets, reforecasts, and three-year plans in conjunction with all teams involved
- Assist in monthly and quarterly closings and provide comments and analysis versus budgets
- Conduct regular business performance analysis, examining variances from budget and forecast with focus on subsidiaries in conjunction with opex controlling and consolidation teams
- Monitor retail capital expenditure spending against investment budgets and highlight areas of overspend
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3–5 years of experience as a business controller, in consulting, or audit
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

3–5 years of professional experience in business controlling, management consulting, or audit, with a background in fashion or luxury companies considered advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
