Join Prada in Milan as a Retail Coordinator. This role involves strategic project management and cross-functional collaboration in a luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare analysis and documents for strategic and operational meetings, ensuring action plans are executed across functions.
  • Support the Regional Director by preparing analysis and reports to monitor business results and identify untapped opportunities.
  • Define project timelines and ensure follow-up of business activities and action plans as directed by the Regional Director.
  • Ensure timely and effective project roll-out, facilitating cross-functional communication and reporting on project progress.
  • Verify sales analysis and management reporting, creating ad hoc and recurring analysis to provide recommendations to the Regional Director.
  • Analyze market business reviews, highlight key findings, and share best practices proactively.
  • Collect and examine requests, documentation, and reports from other functions and stores for the Regional Director.
  • Provide necessary documentation for meetings and trips to all countries for the Director.
  • Support the Regional Director in key projects and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Develop weekly and monthly business analysis for all product categories and Prada stores.
  • Provide commentary to management explaining business performance.
  • Support the Regional Director in presenting and coordinating weekly Store Manager Meetings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Develop new projects and coordinate reporting across functions.
  • Cultivate strong and trusting relationships with departments such as Controlling, Operations, Merchandising, and Events.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in operational or coordinating roles, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate KPIs into actionable business strategies. Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools. Experience in preparing recurring reports and ad hoc analysis for senior management. Proven experience in project coordination, including timeline definition and cross-functional alignment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear materials and presentations for meetings.

Experience

3-4 years of experience in operational or coordinating roles, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
