Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador to convey Prada’s philosophy and values, delivering an exceptional, memorable luxury client experience.
  • Place the customer at the centre of all interactions; welcome, advise and serve clients following the company’s client journey ceremony.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client profiles and interactions in the company CRM to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Proactively pursue sales opportunities and cross-sell across categories and departments to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Support and promote an omnichannel sales approach, coordinating with online and in-store touchpoints to optimise client service.
  • Maintain exemplary shop-floor standards and visual merchandising in line with operational guidelines.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, escalating to line management when required.
  • Remain vigilant on loss prevention and security to protect product and assets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication and a positive, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury retail and a customer-centric sales mindset.
  • Demonstrable ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver personalised service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident presenting product knowledge.
