Prada seeks a Client Advisor Intern in Paris (airport boutique). Internship in luxury retail providing client service, sales support and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist boutique sales team in delivering exemplary, personalised service to international and transit clientele in a fast‑paced airport environment.
- Support sales transactions including point‑of‑sale processing, cash handling and accurate documentation for travel retail procedures where applicable.
- Contribute to clienteling activities: welcome customers, identify needs, present products, and follow up on enquiries or orders under the guidance of senior advisors.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards through visual merchandising upkeep, stock replenishment and housekeeping of the sales floor.
- Participate in inventory control activities, incoming goods handling and accurate logging of stock movements.
- Learn and communicate product knowledge across collections to assist clients and elevate the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in higher education (Bachelor or Master) in fashion, retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric attitude and ability to engage a diverse, international clientele.
- Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays typical of airport retail operations.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and perform light manual tasks associated with stock handling.

No minimum professional experience required; previous customer‑facing or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory for the internship.
Education
Current enrolment in a tertiary programme (Bachelor or Master) in fashion, retail, business, hospitality or a closely related field.
