Prada Client Advisor position at Central Chidlom, Bangkok—luxury retail sales role with focus on client relationship management and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve clients while delivering an exceptional in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized engagement and CRM and digital tools
- Execute cross-selling initiatives across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Demonstrate current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Establish and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer concerns effectively and professionally, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor presentation and visual displays to company standards, ensuring compliance with operational and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention by remaining vigilant against product theft
Qualifications
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving ability with curiosity and demonstrated interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Proven experience building and sustaining long-term client relationships
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Product category expertise and genuine passion for managed merchandise lines
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or fashion retail environments is strongly preferred, with demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional training or certification in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service is advantageous.
