Prada Group is recruiting a Retail Business Analyst, FP&A in Milano, Italy to support global financial planning and retail performance analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports and KPIs, analyzing key performance areas and retail daily/weekly reporting for top management across all regional teams
- Monitor retail profitability by channel and seasonality, coordinating worldwide retail tracking of new store openings and closures with regional teams and HQ Real Estate
- Support senior management with presentations, dashboards, and performance indicators for strategic projects and earnings release analysis
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, reforecasts, and three-year plans in conjunction with cross-functional teams
- Conduct monthly and quarterly closings with variance analysis against budget and forecast, with particular focus on subsidiary performance
- Perform regular business performance analysis examining variances from budget/forecast in conjunction with opex controlling and consolidation teams
- Monitor retail capital expenditure spending against investment budgets and identify areas of overspend
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a business controller, in consulting, or in audit
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a complex, fast-changing environment
- Excellent relationship-building and teamwork capabilities
Skills
Experience
3–5 years in a business controller, consulting, or audit role. Background in a fashion or luxury company is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
