Role & Responsibilities
- Support production across all phases including cutting, preparation, assembly, and finishing, identifying critical issues and proposing quality and industrialisation improvements
- Verify compliance of materials, semi-finished components, and finished products against Prada standards, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and defined tolerances
- Oversee supplier management and non-conformity resolution, monitoring quality performance and supporting continuous process improvement across production facilities
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in quality and/or industrialisation technical roles within the leather goods sector
- Proven expertise in handbag assembly with comprehensive knowledge of cutting, preparation, assembly, and stitching phases
- Demonstrated capacity to support production facilities in resolving technical issues related to materials and finished goods
- Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations
