Prada Group is hiring a Project Manager, Facilities & Security (Head Office) in London. Lead capital projects, security upgrades and vendor coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of capital and operational facilities projects at the Head Office, including refurbishments, fit-outs, space reconfigurations and technical upgrades.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets and schedules; monitor progress, control costs and ensure timely handover to internal stakeholders.
  • Commission and coordinate external contractors, consultants and service providers; oversee procurement, contract management and quality assurance.
  • Define and maintain security standards for the Head Office, coordinate physical security improvements and liaise with internal security stakeholders and external specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory health & safety requirements and corporate sustainability or environmental standards.
  • Perform risk assessments and business-continuity planning for facilities and security systems; implement corrective actions and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Act as the primary interface between Head Office functions (HR, IT, Legal, Brand, Operations) and site teams to align project scope with business needs.
  • Prepare technical briefings, executive reports and capital expenditure justifications for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building services, architecture, facilities management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Formal project-management certification preferred (Prince2, PMP or equivalent).
  • Health & safety qualification desirable (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent).
  • Proven experience delivering medium-to-large facilities or construction projects within a corporate or luxury retail environment.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities, building services or construction project management, with demonstrable delivery of capital projects and security-related initiatives in corporate or luxury-brand environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, building services, facilities management or equivalent; professional project‑management certification preferred.
