Prada seeks a Processes & Operations Client Service Intern to support the Global Client Service Manager and Processes & Operations Client Service Analyst in Milano. This role encompasses daily analysis of client service KPIs, performance metrics, and sales results across all channels; reconciliation of data and reports from multiple systems to optimize database quality; and mapping and optimization of client service processes. The successful candidate will also support IT implementation initiatives, test new systems and programs, conduct competitive benchmarking for strategic customer service decisions, and contribute to procedure and feature releases.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze Service Level Agreements (SLA) and worldwide KPI performances on daily, weekly, and monthly bases to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Generate analysis and reporting of multichannel sales performance and client service metrics
- Support reconciliation of data and reports from disparate systems to enhance database quality and optimize analytical processes
- Map and optimize client service processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to inform strategic customer service decisions and identify best practices
- Test procedures, features, and new system releases to identify issues and recommend improvements
- Support IT in implementing and rolling out worldwide client service systems and platforms
- Provide constant information and data support to the Global Client Service Manager and Processes & Operations Client Service Analyst
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Italian
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS) and client service platforms
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding presentation and communication capabilities

No specific years of professional experience required; internship or academic project experience in operations, client service, or data analysis is valued.
Education
Enrollment in or completion of a university degree program in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
