Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients in line with Prada’s luxury standards and brand values.
- Proactively engage customers to drive sales, meet individual and store targets, and convert traffic into purchases.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand guidelines for outlet locations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, handle returns and reconcile cash accurately.
- Manage stockroom activities including receiving, replenishment and participation in inventory counts.
- Support loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with store security and operational policies.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations, shift handovers and a positive client environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or outlet retail environments.
- Customer-focused demeanour with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a 32-hour week including weekends and public holidays as required by outlet retail schedules.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and POS transactions.
- Legal right to work in the Netherlands and willingness to adhere to store operational standards.

Typically 1–2 years of retail experience is preferred; prior work within luxury or premium fashion retail is an advantage.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is desirable but not required.
