Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote an Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools for a comprehensive luxury experience.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Operate with care and respect for products.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team in daily store operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring proactive execution.
  • Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken English
  • Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is a plus
