Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve store sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
- Capture client data into the company CRM system.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with care and respect for the products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team in daily store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is considered a plus.
