PRADA Outlet in Ingolstadt, Germany seeks a Part-time (24h) Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-calibre, personalized client service consistent with Prada’s brand standards; build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and contribute to individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and expert product presentation.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, handle returns and manage receipts and paperwork.
  • Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and boutique presentation, including regular replenishment and window/fixture upkeep.
  • Manage inventory tasks: stock receiving, tagging, pricing, stockroom organisation and cycle counts.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and adhere to cash-handling and security policies.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team on events, promotions and store operational duties; work flexible hours including weekends and peak sale periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver attentive, discreet customer service within a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional presentation appropriate to a luxury brand.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work a 24-hour part-time schedule including weekends and public holidays.
  • Legally authorised to work in the country of employment.

Experience
