Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure flawless execution of brand standards and exceptional client service.
- Manage staffing: recruitment support, rostering, performance coaching, and on‑boarding to maintain a high-performing retail team.
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, stock accuracy, transfers and loss-prevention procedures in partnership with merchandising and logistics.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain presentation standards in collaboration with the VM and buying teams.
- Control store P&L levers including payroll, shrinkage, and operational expenses; prepare regular operational and sales reports for senior management.
- Coordinate all vendor and facilities activities (maintenance, security, repairs) to ensure uninterrupted boutique operation.
- Drive local clienteling initiatives and support sales events, private appointments, and VIP experiences to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, employment, and brand-specific policies and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven retail operations experience within luxury fashion or premium retail environments, with responsibility for daily store management.
- Demonstrated leadership with ability to recruit, develop and retain high-calibre retail teams.
- Strong operational discipline in inventory management, loss prevention and financial control.
- Excellent client service orientation and a refined understanding of luxury client expectations.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends; valid work authorization for the United States.
Experience
Typically 5+ years in retail operations with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity; luxury / flagship store experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
