Prada seeks an Operations Manager in Beverly Hills (Rodeo Drive) to lead boutique operations and visual standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct and optimise daily store operations at the Rodeo Drive boutique to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and exceptional client experience.
  • Oversee visual merchandising execution in collaboration with the visual team to maintain seasonal directives, window displays and in-store floor sets.
  • Manage inventory control processes, stock replenishment, receiving and back-of-house organisation to maximise availability and minimise shrinkage.
  • Lead, coach and develop boutique staff; own scheduling, performance management and labour optimisation to meet sales and service KPIs.
  • Implement loss-prevention protocols, audit readiness and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Own store administrative duties including P&L monitoring, expense control, reporting and coordination with regional operations and finance teams.
  • Coordinate facilities, maintenance and vendor services to preserve presentation standards and boutique functionality.
  • Support and execute client events, private appointments and bespoke services in partnership with clienteling and sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail operations within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and developing frontline teams, with strong performance management capability.
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to translate brand directives into operational delivery.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, loss prevention and retail KPI frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across regional teams and external partners.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
