Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Women's Apparel Merchandising Manager with sales analysis for product categories, aiding in collection planning and briefing.
- Develop merchandising reports and support market and product analysis.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research on new seasonal launches and price evolution.
- Monitor and update collection plans, mapping products by function and price.
- Participate in buying activities and support the creation of product matrices.
- Prepare materials for retail training sessions.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates with a master's degree in Economics or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with merchandising reports.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
