Role & Responsibilities
- Support merchandise planning by compiling sell-through, inventory and aging reports to inform assortment and replenishment decisions.
- Coordinate stock allocation and transfers between central warehouse and retail network to optimise availability and minimize overstocks.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly merchandising reports and KPI dashboards for the buying and store teams.
- Liaise with buying, planning, supply chain and store operations to execute promotions, launches and seasonal floor sets.
- Manage POS/ERP data inputs (article masters, price and promotional updates) and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Assist visual merchandising and store operations with fixture plans, display schedules and in-store execution timelines.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and store feedback to recommend merchandising actions and markdown strategies.
- Support inventory reviews, stocktakes and month-end closing activities as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in retail merchandising, assortment planning or inventory coordination — ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong numerical aptitude with proven experience producing commercial reports and sales analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across buying, stores and logistics.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment.

Experience
Minimum of two years in retail merchandising, merchandise planning, inventory coordination or a closely related commercial role within fashion or luxury retail. Experience with reporting, stock allocation and collaboration with buying and store teams is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.
