Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a team of approximately 60 personnel, organizing workflow to meet various demands such as fashion shows, prototyping, sampling, production, and advertising.
- Oversee relationships and information exchange with closely related departments such as Product Office, Pattern Making, CAD, Production, and Quality Control.
- Resolve technical issues that may arise during garment development.
- Develop reports on the progress of collections.
Qualifications
- Extensive technical knowledge of luxury men's sportswear outerwear made from nylon and technical fabrics.
- 10-15 years of experience as a Laboratory Manager and/or Technical Inspector for external laboratories.
- Proficiency in using sewing machines and the ability to operate them.
- Autonomous use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage personnel and distribute and monitor work within the team.
- Capability to develop progress reports for collections.
- Completion of a specific course in apparel is considered an advantage.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and product sensitivity.

10-15 years of experience in laboratory management or technical inspection in luxury fashion.
