Luxury fashion house hiring a Men's Team Manager in Las Vegas CityCenter — lead the menswear team to deliver exceptional client service and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the menswear sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Own daily store operations for the men's department, including staffing, scheduling and floor deployment to optimise conversion and service.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through active clienteling, VIP relationship management and personalised service initiatives.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet house standards and seasonal directives.
  • Manage stock accuracy, inventory replenishment and loss-prevention processes in coordination with store management and stock teams.
  • Recruit, onboard and mentor new team members; conduct performance reviews and implement targeted development plans.
  • Analyse sales performance and KPIs, prepare regular reports and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail leadership experience within luxury menswear or premium apparel (typical expectation: multiple years in retail, with supervisory experience).
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships in a high-end retail environment.
