Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the menswear sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Own daily store operations for the men's department, including staffing, scheduling and floor deployment to optimise conversion and service.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through active clienteling, VIP relationship management and personalised service initiatives.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet house standards and seasonal directives.
- Manage stock accuracy, inventory replenishment and loss-prevention processes in coordination with store management and stock teams.
- Recruit, onboard and mentor new team members; conduct performance reviews and implement targeted development plans.
- Analyse sales performance and KPIs, prepare regular reports and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven retail leadership experience within luxury menswear or premium apparel (typical expectation: multiple years in retail, with supervisory experience).
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships in a high-end retail environment.
- Strong supervisory and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team to deliver consistent, high-touch service.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Several years of frontline retail experience with progressive responsibility; typically 3+ years in retail including at least one year supervising or managing a sales team within luxury or premium menswear.
Education
