Prada is hiring a Men's Team Manager in Las Vegas to lead sales, client journey and team performance at City Center.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible Brand Ambassador to drive sales and exceed financial targets through leadership of the men's department.
  • Develop and execute business plans and action programs based on product performance analysis and market trends.
  • Maximise commercial opportunities via cross-selling, up-selling and effective sales-floor management.
  • Deliver an exceptional Client Journey by inspiring curiosity, communicating the brand’s values and securing long-term client loyalty.
  • Cultivate client relationships and ensure high-quality customer profile capture and after-sales service.
  • Coach, motivate and develop the sales team: identify training needs, propose development plans and mentor high-potential talent.
  • Ensure operational excellence: enforce cash, inventory and logistics procedures and protect company assets.
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams to communicate department needs and feedback.
  • Champion a digital mindset: adopt company IT and digital tools and ensure the team is up to date with relevant systems and updates.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent clienteling and relationship-management skills with a focus on loyalty-building.
  • Analytical aptitude to interpret sales data and translate insights into operational action.
  • Superior communication, coaching and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across functions.
  • High standards of personal presentation and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience
