Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily dining room operations, including restaurant opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to operational standards and HACCP food safety protocols
  • Supervise service delivery across all operational phases, maintaining efficient workflow and seamless kitchen-to-floor coordination while leading by example
  • Guide guests through their entire experience, ensuring each service phase reflects Prada Group standards and delivers a curated, distinctive guest journey
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Marchesi 1824's heritage, brand DNA, and values, communicating these through authentic storytelling to diners
  • Demonstrate comprehensive menu expertise, including ingredient provenance, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to advise guests competently and proactively
  • Monitor and maintain elevated service standards across all guest interactions, identifying and correcting deviations to preserve restaurant reputation
