MIU MIU is hiring a Client Advisor at K11 Musea, Hong Kong — luxury retail role focused on clienteling, sales and brand presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs while contributing to store revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across ready-to-wear, leather goods and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
- Manage merchandising standards and presentation to uphold the maison’s visual identity and maintain shop-floor excellence.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle client accounts and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Coordinate appointments, private viewings and in-store client events, supporting store marketing and CRM initiatives.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts and ensure proper handling of deliveries, returns and exchanges.
- Report market intelligence, client feedback and competitor observations to store leadership to inform commercial strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or leather goods; demonstrated track record of meeting targets.
- Polished, professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills tailored to high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong commercial sensibility with the ability to manage client portfolios and close sales.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays; right to work in Hong Kong.
- Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin advantageous for the Hong Kong market.
- Familiarity with clienteling and CRM workflows; basic numeracy for POS and cash handling.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales with a proven ability to develop client relationships and meet sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational or tertiary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
