Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the center by creating a welcoming environment and providing excellence service consistent with the client journey ceremony
- Capture customer data into the Company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and promote the omni-channel retail mindset across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional experiences and foster a positive working environment
- Welcome and serve customers with excellence in-store at all times
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs
