Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the center by creating a welcoming environment and providing excellence service consistent with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture customer data into the Company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and promote the omni-channel retail mindset across all customer touchpoints
