Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth clients and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and appointment selling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product expertise and cross-selling across categories.
- Maintain superior in-store presentation and merchandising in accordance with Prada visual standards and seasonal directives.
- Manage sales transactions, returns and VIP administrative tasks accurately using the store POS and CRM systems.
- Support stock management activities including inventory control, receiving and replenishment to ensure product availability.

- Collaborate with store leadership on local initiatives, reporting and the execution of in-store campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales experience, ideally within an international designer boutique or premium fashion house.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing high-value client relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, discretion and a client-first attitude appropriate for servicing affluent and international clientele.
- Strong product knowledge of luxury leather goods, accessories, and fashion; rapid capability to master seasonal collections.
- Professional presentation and ability to represent the brand at client events and in store-facing activities.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of client-facing experience in luxury or premium retail; prior experience at an international designer boutique or with high-net-worth client portfolios is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, fashion, luxury brand management or related field preferred.
