Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in New York. Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences at Prada; hourly pay $22–$26 plus commission potential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, client-centric in-store experience that embodies the Brand’s philosophy and the prescribed client journey ceremony.
- Identify client needs, build rapport and develop enduring relationships to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Capture and maintain accurate client profiles and interactions in the Company CRM to enable personalized service and future sales opportunities.
- Adopt and promote an omnichannel mindset by collaborating across digital and store channels to maximise sales.
- Actively cross-sell across product categories and departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of shop-floor presentation and visual merchandising in line with company operational guidelines.
- Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when required.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for luxury retail, fashion, art or design and strong product knowledge of the managed category.
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English required.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when necessary; resilient, self-motivated and results-driven.
- Curiosity about market trends and competitor activity; commitment to continuous learning.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience in a luxury or premium environment with a track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele. Experience capturing and leveraging client data to generate repeat business is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required; tertiary education in business, fashion, marketing or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 26 per hour.
