Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and hand‑finishing tools to assemble handbags, small leather goods and accessories
- Execute cutting, skiving, edge‑finishing, gluing and component assembly according to technical drawings and production tickets
- Perform in‑process and final quality checks; identify, document and escalate defects to production lead
- Follow bills of materials (BOMs), tech packs and standard operating procedures to meet piece‑rates and daily targets
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workstation and perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery
- Collaborate with pattern cutters, finishers and quality control to support continuous improvement of product fit and finish
Qualifications

- Manual dexterity and precision in hand stitching and finishing
