Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke luxury client journey for Prada jewellery customers, acting as a brand ambassador and setting the standard for team client ceremony.
- Engage and inspire clients through storytelling and product passion to create desire and drive fine jewellery sales across in-store and e‑commerce channels.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives; remain accountable for commercial results for jewellery and overall categories as required.
- Maintain and demonstrate authoritative product knowledge — technical and brand heritage — and transmit this knowledge to colleagues to support their advisory work.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity for the jewellery category, sharing insights and client feedback with store management and the Jewellery Director.
- Oversee careful handling, storage and movement of pieces; coordinate polishing, repairs and after‑sales follow-up to ensure an elevated ownership experience.
- Ensure merchandising and daily visual standards for jewellery displays, using appropriate props and following Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Manage stock availability, ticketing and security of items in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in fine jewellery within luxury maisons or independent fine jewellery specialists.
- Deep technical and commercial knowledge of jewellery products and collections.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver high‑end customer service and to build long‑term client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills to coach colleagues and conduct client advisory ceremonies.
- Organisational excellence, disciplined follow‑up and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to multitask in a dynamic retail environment and to meet KPI-driven objectives.

Experience
Solid, demonstrable experience selling fine jewellery in a luxury retail or specialist environment, with a track record of delivering bespoke client service and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in gemology, fashion, luxury retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
