Prada seeks a Jewelry Expert in Milan to deliver personalised client service and drive boutique sales for fine jewelry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients within the boutique, building long-term relationships and a loyal client base.
  • Provide authoritative product advice on fine jewelry—materials, gemstones, craftsmanship and care—to guide high-value purchase decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across categories.
  • Manage clienteling activities and CRM records: prospecting, appointment scheduling, post-sale follow-up and VIP service protocols.
  • Uphold luxury visual merchandising and merchandising-of-stock standards, ensuring displays, inventory and presentation meet brand guidelines.
  • Handle high-value stock and transactions with accuracy and discretion; support inventory control, receiving and security procedures.
  • Collaborate with store management on events, private viewings and client experiences; liaise with after-sales and repairs teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury jewelry or high-end accessories sales, with demonstrable results against sales targets.
  • Deep product knowledge of fine jewelry, including gemstones, precious metals and construction techniques.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and the ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
  • Professional demeanour, high standards of presentation and the capacity to work collaboratively within a boutique team.
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows, clienteling practices and point-of-sale operations in a luxury retail environment.
