Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, configure and optimise marketing technology platforms (marketing automation, analytics, CRM integrations) to enable campaign delivery and personalised customer experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, implementation plans and testing protocols.
- Design, implement and maintain integrations between MarTech stack and enterprise systems via APIs, middleware or ETL processes; ensure data integrity and provenance across touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain campaign templates, tracking implementations and tagging strategies for accurate measurement and reporting (including GA4/analytics events).
- Troubleshoot production issues, lead root‑cause analysis and provide timely remediation; manage change requests and deployments across environments.
- Define and enforce data governance, security and privacy controls (GDPR) for marketing data flows in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Provide training, documentation and operational support to marketing users; drive adoption and continuous improvement of MarTech capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven technical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo or similar).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and middleware for system integrations.
- Hands‑on proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics / GA4) and campaign measurement techniques.
- Knowledge of data privacy requirements (GDPR) and ability to implement compliant processes.
- Fluent problem‑solving skills, excellent stakeholder communication and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
