Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain integrations between enterprise systems (ERP, POS, e‑commerce, CRM) using API‑led and middleware approaches.
- Develop and document data mappings, transformation logic and message flows for XML/JSON payloads and batch ETL processes.
- Build, test and deploy connectors, APIs and scheduled jobs; author and maintain technical specifications, runbooks and interface documentation.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimise business disruption.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders and third‑party vendors to validate requirements and deliver integration solutions on time.
- Manage release activities for integrations, including CI/CD pipelines, versioning and rollback plans; monitor integration performance and SLAs.
- Enforce security and compliance best practices for data in transit and at rest (authentication, authorization, encryption, logging).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience delivering enterprise system integrations in a complex, multi‑system environment.
- Proven experience with API design (REST/SOAP), message formats (JSON, XML), and data mapping/ETL processes.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, SAML) and secure integration patterns.

At least 3 years of progressive experience implementing and supporting integrations across ERP, CRM, e‑commerce and POS systems in an enterprise environment; proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end interface projects and resolving production incidents.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
