Prada Group seeks IT Business Analyst in Arezzo, Italy. Support retail, industrial applications through requirements analysis, testing, and maintenance—€35k–€42k annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, formalize, and analyze requirements from business functions, drafting functional analysis, feasibility assessments, and specifications for change requests and new applications
  • Monitor and guide external development partners throughout the delivery cycle to ensure alignment between business objectives and implemented solutions
  • Design and execute functional and regression test cases, manage detected anomalies, and support key users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and release phases
  • Provide application maintenance support (AMS) for in-scope applications, managing user and business function requests
  • Manage ticketing workflows, monitor incidents, coordinate with suppliers for anomaly resolution, and support ServiceNow migration initiatives
  • Participate in project activities and progress meetings, including AI integration initiatives, and generate reports, dashboards, and analytical insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • 2–4 years of functional analysis or application support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Understanding of application testing methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
  • English proficiency (B2 level, spoken and written)
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, or ServiceNow (preferred)
  • Hands-on, operational attitude with willingness to learn
